Master’s in Human Resource Management or Equivalent. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft office, web base systems, ERP. Fluency in written and spoken English along with local languages. Excellent human to human conflict resolution skills, and team building skills. Willing to Travel to field sites in the Merged Areas, KP. Willingness to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, rapidly changing work priorities, which may involve working long hours and, on the weekend.
Maximum Age: 50 years.
